Depending on the progress of your order, we may still be able to change your delivery address. If the order has already been processed by the warehouse, we will not be able to change it. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@misoty.com .
If you wish to return or exchange your order, we are here to help!
Email us at info@misoty.com specifying your order number, the returned products and the reason for the return. You can then return your product (shipping costs at your expense) in exchange for a credit note or a refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. They must not have been used or damaged.
You can exchange or refund your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
The FAQ section provides a quick way to answer commonly asked questions about your business, such as: "Which countries do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How do I book one of your services?". FAQs are great for helping people navigate your site and can even improve your site's SEO.

Your tracking number will be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email, you will also receive an email when your order is shipped.
Didn't receive the email? The tracking number for each order you placed can also be found in your customer account.
All orders placed before 4 a.m. are prepared and shipped the same day or the next day at the latest (except weekends and holidays). Orders are then picked up by carriers at the end of the day. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Delivery times should not exceed 4 business days for Belgium. During periods of high demand (such as Christmas) or inclement weather, delivery times may be longer. Find delivery times by country and shipping method in the "SHIPPING PRICES" section (at the bottom of the website).
